Gijs Van Vaerenbergh is a collaboration between young Belgian architects Pieterjan Gijs (Leuven, 1983) and Arnout Van Vaerenbergh (Leuven, 1983). Since 2007, they have been realizing projects in the public space that derive from their architectural background, but clearly display an artistic intention.

Professor David Venter is born and raised in South Africa. He's co-founder and Director of the Global Negotiation Academy. Professor Ventor has a wealth of local and international experience as both a facilitator of negotiation interventions, and a trainer and advisor of negotiators. He advised govenemental departments such as the police and the department of Justice, trained for 3 years the governement of Nelson Mandela and counted among his private clients BMW and Nissan.

He was a lecturer at the Havard University and the MIT business school. Since 2003 he's operating in Europe as a consultant for Motorola as a negiotator in contracts with governements in Poland, Germany, Portugal and Sweden. He gives trainings to Astra Zeneca and Proctor and Gamble.

Since 4 years he's a guest lecturer at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, and nowadays he's a full time professor.

After his studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Les Ateliers Paris and the Institute without Boundaries Toronto, Thomas Lommée (*1979) has participated in a series of multidisciplinary design research groups in Europe and overseas. In 2007 he established "Intrastructures", a pragmatic, utopian design-studio, that emphasizes on the physical, digital and social context of product-design.&nbs

Fashion Across Borders is an Euregional fashion platform to show the work of talented young designers from the Euregion. In 2011 the first fashion pop-up store was established in Hasselt.

Taking nature as his basis, Kaspar Hamacher (1981), Eupen, BE) is focused resolutely on physical rather than conceptual design. As he says himself, he feels more craftsman than designer.
